Any un-worn products can be returned up to 14 days of delivery, with original receipt and all original packaging including serialized warranty card. 

 

Do you offer International shipping?

No, we're sorry but at this time we are not shipping internationally.  We will ship anywhere into any of the 50 United States.

There is not a stand-alone Collinsville Watch store, however we are shown exclusively at Gold Trader and The Diamond Shop, 1360 Allen Street, in Springfield MA.

How do I change my watch strap?

 

Our Bridge St. Stainless Steel model needs to be changed by a watch professional. All of our leather and nylon watch straps are fitted with spring bars which allows our bands to be changed easily. Locate the handle mechanism on the underside of the strap and pull to release it from the watch case. To attach a new strap, place one end into one side of the watch case, hold the handle mechanism and move it into position to allow it to click into place. 

 

Are Collinsville timepieces Water Resistant?

 

Yes - All Collinsville timepieces are at least 30 meters water resistant (99 feet) which is allowed for showering and bathing. Check the statistics each timepiece as they do vary.

 

Is there a warranty on Collinsville Timepieces? 

 

There is a one year limited warranty on all Collinsville timepieces from the purchase date. This excludes the bracelet or strap, glass and battery resulting from accident or damages caused by unauthorized third parties. Each Collinsville watch comes with a serialized warranty card, without this card the warranty is void.
